Bumbu XO Rum leather A splash of water furtherBumbu XO uses only local sugarcane and spring water to create their super premium rum at the 120 year old distillery in Panama, where the spirit is then aged for up to 18 years in ex bourbon barrels. The rum is finished for an additional period in ex sherry barrels, giving an extraordinary mellow smoothness to the spirit as well as notes of baking spices, dried red fruits, and mild citrus.
