small black print spot within the top of the “D” in “Doctor”

a couple of tiny spots of blu-tac grease/residue on the back of the corners (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit)

approximately six pinholes near the top right corner (some have torn together and the paper between is scrunched up)

If the poster were to be backed and framed you really wouldn’t notice the fold wear much and the classic artwork looks fantastic
