Gary is the Founder and Executive Director of InFocus.  He has taught at multiple seminaries and graduate schools.  Gary is also hands-on involved in disciple making.

For over 35 years, Gary has walked alongside leaders in denominational networks, congregations, and mission agencies witnessing countless ministries flourish. He co-founded ChristianCoachingTools.com and co-authored coaching resources like the “Coaching 101 Handbook”, “Christian Coaching Essentials”,  and “Christian Coaching Excellence”.  Gary brings a wealth of wisdom in disciple making movements and church planting movements.

Gary’s greatest joy lies in guiding leaders to hear God’s whispers, discover game-changing insights, and take bold steps of faith. He champions your spiritual growth while equipping you with proven strategies to catalyze disciple making, cultivating leaders, and strengthening vibrant healthy churches.  Gary trains leaders in Christian coaching to multiply impact.

From coaching over 500 leaders, Gary’s impact is undeniable, empowerig leaders in the local church, denominations, and mission agencies.  He has trained Christian coaches and trainers who have equiped over 10,000 leaders worldwide.  Gary brings wisdom, compassion, and laser-sharp coaching and training to equip Christian coaches for lasting success.

Beyond coaching, Gary is a mountain biker, hiker, and avid Arsenal FC supporter. He and his wife, Gina, actively serve in a new church plant, demonstrating true partnership in ministry.  They have two adult children.
