As you know, I strive to keep you informed about excellent coach training opportunities. My vision is to help leaders take an empowering approach to develop the leaders around you! Personnel changes in ministry teams can be one of the more difficult transitions that congregation’s encounter. I had a wonderful time with Tim Ware and Todd Barham from Advancement, discussing how to lead team transitions within church staffs. We touched on a number of leadership issues in this second podcast. Today we discuss tools and attitudes that can make transitions successful. …with a healthy dose of back and forth banter :>)
