Personnel changes in ministry teams can be one of the more difficult transitions that congregation’s encounter. I had a wonderful time with Tim Ware and Todd Barham from Advancement, discussing how to lead team transitions within church staffs. We touched on a number of leadership issues in this second podcast. Today we discuss tools and attitudes that can make transitions successful. …with a healthy dose of back and forth banter :>)
